The fact of the case in brief is that on 23.02.22 at night after getting a source information SI Raju Mondal of Raninagar PS, Msd. along with force reached at Borderpara Kalurghat under Raninagar PS, Msd. and detained Lalon Sk (22yrs) S/O- Subhan Sk ii) Sakib Sk (20yrs) S/O- Lt Sultan Sk both of Uttar Char Majhardiar PS Raninagar Msd and recovered total 365 bottle of phensedyl and one Apache RTR motor cycle having bearing Reg. No- WB58-AN-3890 from their exclusive possession when they were proceeding for smuggling into Bangladesh and seized after maintaining all formalities in presence of Police party then the accused persons were arrested. On the basis of written complaint of the complainant Raninagar PS Case No-114/22 date-23.02.22 U/S-21 (C) 29 NDPS Act case has been started.
