A memorable alumni initiative, “Agusto Reviso 2026,” was organised at the school campus at 40A AJC Bose Road, bringing together former students from different batches in an evening filled with nostalgia, music and camaraderie. The event was held at the C.R. Gasper Memorial Hall, where alumni from batches ranging from 1980 to 2018 came together to reconnect with old friends and relive their school memories.
The programme began with a welcome address by Principal Dr. Richard Gasper, followed by a prayer led by Headmaster Mr. Hardy. A one-minute silence was then observed in remembrance of former teachers and students who are no longer with us.
The school’s Co-Founder, Mrs. Edna Gasper, subsequently addressed the gathering and shared her thoughts with the alumni.
One of the major highlights of the evening was the felicitation of 23 former teachers, who were honoured for their valuable contribution and dedicated service to the institution. Some of the teachers had served the school for nearly 40 years. The alumni also recognised and felicitated members of the school’s service staff, acknowledging their long-standing contribution to the institution, with some having completed around four decades of service.
The evening became even more special with nostalgic musical performances by Aka Eric Sir and former student Amit Shaw from the batch of 2000. Their performances added a lively and emotional touch to the reunion, taking the alumni back to their school days.
Three significant announcements were also made during the event.
First, the launch of the Alumni Website was announced. Former students interested in becoming members of the alumni community will be able to apply through the platform.
Second, it was announced that this year’s FDA event will be sponsored by the Alumni.
Third, the next major Alumni gathering has been scheduled for January 2027, which is planned as a grand Gala Dinner and Dance.
The event concluded with alumni members enjoying refreshments and spending more time reconnecting with one another.
With former students from several decades coming together under one roof, Agusto Reviso 2026 turned into a celebration of memories, friendships and the enduring bond between the institution and its alumni.
